    Each person accompanying a registered attendee (a spouse or any guests) must be registered to attend the receptions. A badge is required for entry to all AWPA events.

    The 115th Annual Meeting commences with the President’s Cosplay and Cocktails Reception. Come as you aren’t! You are invited to don your favorite creative character ensemble or feel free to dress in the Muggle manner! Connect with friends or make new ones while we enjoy magical Polynesian hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

    On Monday, Guests selecting the Scavenger Hunt Adventure will meet at Universal Studios to explore both theme parks where imagination has no limits and Superheroes, Dinosaurs, and Dragons can be found right around the corner! This fun day will include a team scavenger hunt, lunch inside the park, and all-day park to park access.

    A come-and-go Breakfast will be available in the hotel on Tuesday for registered spouses and guests. As always, we look forward to seeing you at the Awards Reception on Tuesday night.
