Join us Sunday evening for the President's Welcome Reception to reconnect with friends while enjoying excellent Northwestern hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
On Monday, guests will have the unforgettable experience of touring the Future of Flight museum and the Boeing factory. Watch as workers assemble Boeing 747, 777 and 787 Dreamliner jets. Then take a few minutes to consider what may be next in the realm of biofuels powering planes through the atmosphere.
For lunch, we'll dine at the world famous Ivar's Seafood Bar at Mukilteo Landing. Ivar Haglund, the "Patriarch" of the waterfront, started selling red clam chowder and fish 'n chips to patrons of his waterfront aquarium in 1938. His menu has expanded to include many seafood varities from the Pacific Northwest. Today, he is remembered as "the person who best exemplified Seattle" and his quip "Keep Clam" lives on.
Breakfast will be available in the hotel on Tuesday for registered spouse program guests. As always, you are invited to the closing reception and award presentation Tuesday night.
NOTE: Each person attending any AWPA events must be registered. Also, please note that we cannot provide refunds for cancellation, as we make commitments to the hotel and other vendors based on the number of registered attendees.
