The Suppliers Showcase is a great way for companies new to AWPA to make potential customers aware of your products and services at a very reasonable price. The cost for tabletop exhibit space is $950 (for the early rate - the fee goes up to $1100 on March 24, 2017) and includes a table, two chairs, and full meeting registration for one person. The Suppliers Showcase is normally held in conjunction with coffee breaks for a more comfortable, inviting interaction with potential sales contacts. We intentionally limit the number of spaces to maximize your opportunities to meet the people who need your products. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for cancellation, as we make commitments to the hotel and other vendors based on the number of registered attendees.
